The GEM388 backhoe loader is a common road machine that can be used for a variety of tasks: construction, minor demolition, light hauling of building materials, powering construction equipment, digging/excavating, landscaping, breaking asphalt and paving roads. Often, a backhoe bucket can also be replaced with a powered attachment such as a crusher, grapple, auger, or stump grinder. Equipped with a quick coupler (quick connect) mounting system and auxiliary hydraulic circuit to simplify attachment installation, thereby increasing machine utilization on the job site.
