1. Replace the "three filters". Remove the air filter core with tools, then remove the fuel filter and oil filter assembly with a chain wrench and a belt wrench, and install a new "three filters".
2. Clean the engine lubrication system and replace the lubricating oil. Unscrew the drain plug of the engine oil pan, drain the old oil, clean it with clean kerosene or diesel, drain it and tighten the drain plug of the oil pan, and add new oil. It is strictly forbidden to mix new oil, old oil, and oil of different brands when changing oil.
3. Check the injection pressure and spray quality of the injector, clean the carbon deposits on the injector head and adjust the pressure. After removing the injector from the engine body, perform a pressure test on the diesel engine injection pump test bench. The parts after the pressure test should be kept clean and tidy.
4. Adjust the clearance of the intake and exhaust valves and check the sealing of the valves. Open the valve cover and adjust it according to the ignition sequence.
Adjust the clearance with a feeler gauge according to the specified standard. After adjusting the valve clearance, check it again and then tighten the fastening nut.
5 Check the tightening of bolts and nuts according to regulations. Tighten all bolts of the engine assembly in sequence with a torque wrench. Tighten in diagonal order.
6 Check the water pump and replace the grease of the water pump bearing. Use tools to remove the water pump from the engine and disassemble it.
Remove the scale in the water pump, replace the water seal, remove the grease of the water pump bearing, and add new grease.
7 Check the technical condition of the gearbox and replace the lubricating oil. Use tools and cranes to remove the gearbox and drain the oil, check the meshing of the gears and the wear of the bearings. When replacing the new oil, clean the box and replace the required brand of oil according to the season.
8 Check the technical condition of the drive axle and replace the lubricating oil. Use tools and cranes to remove the drive axle and drain the oil, and disassemble and inspect it.
9 Check the brake pipe connection and the wear of the brake pads, and add brake fluid.
10 Check the leakage and operation of the steering system.
