2. During loading operations, the fully loaded bucket should be lifted and unloaded. The wheel loader shall not operate on a site with an inclination exceeding the factory regulations. If it operates on a site with an inclination exceeding the regulations, it is easy to cause an accident of tipping over due to deviation of the center of gravity. There shall be no obstacles or irrelevant personnel in the operation area.
3. In order to ensure the safe operation of tire wheel loaders, the key inspection items before operation should meet the following requirements:
(1) The lighting and sound equipment are complete and effective;
(2) The fuel, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil meet the requirements;
(3) All connectors are not loose;
(4) There is no leakage in the hydraulic and hydraulic transmission systems;
(5) The steering and braking systems are sensitive and effective;
(6) The tire pressure meets the requirements.
(7) Before operation, you must hold a certificate.
4. After starting the internal combustion engine, it should be idle, the indication values of each instrument should be normal, and the management of each department should be The road is well sealed. When the water temperature reaches 55℃ and the air pressure reaches 0.45MPa, you can start driving.
5. Before starting, you should sound a signal and lift the bucket 0.5m off the ground. The reliability of the brake should be tested during driving. Except for the specified operators, no other personnel are allowed to take the bucket. It is strictly forbidden to carry people in the bucket.
6. High-speed gear should be used for driving at high speed; low-speed gear should be used for shoveling. Sudden turns should be avoided during driving. When the bucket is loaded and driving, the center of gravity of the machine is close to the tipping point of the front wheel. If you make a sharp turn or emergency brake, it is easy to cause The bucket should not be tilted due to instability. When the bucket is lifted up after loading, it is not allowed to make sharp turns or emergency brakes.
7. When loading, the loading amount should be determined according to the density of the material. The bucket should be shoveled from the front. The bucket should not be subjected to force on one side. When unloading, the arm should be lifted and the bucket should be turned slowly at a low speed.
8. When the control handle is changed, it should not be too fast or too violent. If it is too fast or too violent, it is easy to cause damage to the machine parts. When operating with full load, the shovel arm should not be lowered quickly. In order to avoid the huge impact load during braking and damage to the machine parts.
9. The bucket should not be lifted to the highest position to transport materials. When transporting materials, it is advisable to keep the lower point of the shovel arm 0.5m above the ground and keep driving smoothly.
10. In order to avoid the shovel arm from twisting due to uneven force, the bucket should be avoided from overloading during shoveling or excavation. If the arm is not raised after shoveling, it will cause the shovel arm to bend and deformed. Therefore, it is not allowed to move forward when the bucket is retracted or half retracted without raising the arm. When the bucket is full, After that, the arm should be raised to about 0.5m from the ground, and then back up, turn, and unload.
11. When the shoveling resistance is large and the tire slips, the shoveling should be stopped immediately, and the overload should be eliminated before shoveling.
12. When unloading on slopes, trenches, and pits, the distance between the tire and the edge should be greater than 1.5m, and the bucket should not be extended too much. If the bucket is extended too much, or unloading forward on a slope greater than 3°, the center of gravity of the machine will exceed the tipping point of the front wheel, causing an accident due to instability.
13. During operation, the water temperature of the internal combustion engine shall not exceed 90℃. If the water temperature is too high, the power performance of the internal combustion engine will be reduced due to overheating; the torque converter oil temperature shall not exceed 110℃. If the torque converter oil temperature is too high, it will reduce the reliability of use, accelerate the deterioration of the working fluid and the aging of the rubber seals. When the above regulations are exceeded, the machine should be stopped for cooling.
14. After operation, the wheel loader should be parked in a safe place and the bucket should be placed flat on the ground On the surface, the joystick is placed in the middle position and the brake is locked.
16. When parking, the internal combustion engine speed should be gradually reduced and should not be turned off suddenly.
