How to choose a suitable loader

1. Clarify the needs: start with the rated load
The first step in choosing a loader is to determine the tonnage you need. That is, the rated load determines the load-bearing capacity of the loader operation. Choosing too large will cause the equipment to be idle and waste fuel; choosing too small will not meet the work intensity and even affect the construction period.
1-2 ton small loader:
Use scenario: suitable for environments with small space and relatively small workload, such as landscaping, municipal maintenance, interior decoration, new rural construction and small farms. They are usually used with small tractors and other transportation tools. Oujin Machinery's small tonnage series products are widely praised in these fields for their compact size and flexible steering.
3-4 ton medium loader:
Use scenario: suitable for most earthworks, sand and gravel yards, coal yards, ports and construction sites. Their operating efficiency and load-bearing capacity reach a good balance point.
Large loaders of 5 tons and above:
Use scenarios: Mainly used in large mines, heavy-loaded docks, and occasions that require supporting operations with large transport machinery of more than 10 tons. Its characteristics are long working cycles and large workloads.

2. Optimize operating efficiency: Bucket capacity is the key
When choosing bucket capacity, you need to consider the following two points:
Material density: The actual weight of buckets of the same capacity when loading different materials (such as sand, coal, and stones) will vary greatly. Therefore, you need to choose a suitable bucket based on the main material type in your daily operations.
Diverse attachment selection: In addition to standard buckets, Shandong Oujin Machinery also provides a variety of special-shaped loaders and attachments such as fork grass trucks, snow blowers, and heightened grain buckets to meet your diverse needs in different seasons and special working conditions.

3. Accurate matching: working conditions determine the choice
Different working environments have completely different requirements for the performance of loaders. Therefore, it is crucial to fully consider your actual working conditions. Is it soft land, muddy farmland, or hard mines or flat roads? Different ground conditions have different requirements for tire selection and machine driving performance.
Space constraints: Narrow warehouses, tunnels or city streets have strict restrictions on the turning radius and overall machine size of the loader. Ojin's small loaders are designed for such narrow working conditions and are flexible.
Working height: If materials need to be lifted to a higher position, such as loading a high-rail truck, then the unloading height and lifting capacity become parameters that must be considered. Ojin provides optional components such as extended arms to meet special lifting height requirements.
